أصدر الاتحاد أمس بيان يستنكر الجرائم والعدوان التركي على الشعب السوري جاء فيه:
منذ بداية الأزمة السورية والتدخل التركي المباشر او غير المباشر وذلك عبر أدواتها (المنظمات الإرهابية) يعتبر عامل عدم استقرار وعقبة في طريق أي حل لها وهذا هو هدف الحكومة التركية من غزوها لمنطقة تل أبيض ورأس العين وعفرين ……..الخ
لأن ما تقوم به في هذه المناطق السورية يتنافى مع كل ما أنتجته الحضارات الإنسانية بما في ذلك الدينية من قيم ومثل رافضة للظلم الاجتماعي ويصل إلى جريمة الإبادة الجماعية وهي جريمة الجرائم لأنها من أكثر الجرائم الدولية خطورة وجسامة وإنكار لحق جماعات كاملة في الوجود. انكار لوجودها الفطري في هذه المناطق التي احتلتها تركيا وإنكار للتنوع الثقافي فيها ونحن كمحاميين نعتبره إبادة ثقافية فهي تهدف إلى:
1_ ضرب التجربة الديمقراطية الناشئة على حدودها وذلك خوفا من انتقال هذا المناخ الديمقراطي والتعايش السلمي بين هذه المكونات إليها.
2- تهجير السكان الأصليين من هذه المناطق وإسكان مواطنين آخرين يدينون لتركيا بالولاء والتبعية الفكرية والسياسية، وهذا يشكل خطراً عاى وحدة وسلامة الأراضي والمجتمع السوري كله. ف سوريا وفق التوزيع الديمغرافي الذي فطرها الله عليه غير قابلة للانقسام، ونحن محامي الرقة نرفض كل أشكال التهجير والتغيير مهما تكن صفة الجاني ومهما تكن صفة الضحية سواء كانوا عرب مثل (ادلب) ام كرد مثل (عفرين وغيرهما) ام ارمن واي حل ديمقراطي يجب ان يشمل كل الأراضي السورية وليس رأي مجموعات صغيرة متطرفة تعتمد تركيا عليها على انهم الشعب السوري وبالتالي تقرر الخروج ام لا كما صرح الرئيس التركي رجب طيب اردوغان.
3_ نهب الثروات الاقتصادية للمناطق التي تحتلها ونقلها عبر مجموعاتها الإرهابية التركية ( كما تفعل الآن حيث تقوم بنهب اكداس القمح من تل ابيض الى تركيا ) وهدفها من ذلك حرمان شعوب هذه المناطق المحتلة من أسباب العيش بكرامة ودفعهم للهجرة واسكان ناس اخرين بدل عنهم وهذا ما يحصل الان في تل ابيض ورأس العين وسابقا حصل في عفرين .
4_ الاعتقالات التعسفية التي تمارسها مجموعاتها الإرهابية وبأشراف مباشر من الجيش التركي المحتل لكل صاحب رأي حر حاول التثبيت بالأرض ولم يغادرها كما هو حاصل الآن في تل ابيض ورأس العين ( المعتقل الشيخ اسماعيل البدراني ) كل هذه الأعمال من قبل المحتل التركي تثبت على عدم احترامها (الشرعية الدولية لحقوق الانسان ) وخصوصاً
1_ الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الانسان الصادر في 10 كانون الأول 1948 حيث تنص المادة:
_ م /9/ لا يجوز القبض على أي انسان او حجزة او نفيه تعسفياً
_ والمادة /17/ فقرة /2/ لا يجوز تجريد أحد من ملكه تعسفاً
ونحن كمحامين ندعو كل الدول الموقعة عاى هذا الاعلان الى تفعيل اليات الحماية الدولية لحقوق الانسان هذا واجب الدول والمنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية في حماية حقوق الانسان ( منظمة العفو الدولية ) لذلك نطالب بحماية كل سكان هذه المناطق المحتلة من قبل تركيا وتوفر أدنى أسباب العيش والكرامة ووقف التهجير القسري والاعتقالات .

In the presence of the head of the justice office of Raqqa Civil Council, Mr. Khaled Al-Mousa and the Raqqa Bar Association
The Federation issued a statement condemning the Turkish crimes and aggression against the Syrian people, as it stated:
Since the beginning of the Syrian crisis and direct or indirect Turkish interference, through its tools (terrorist organizations), it is considered a factor of instability and an obstacle to any solution to it, and this is the goal of the Turkish government from its invasion of the Tal Abyad region, Ras al-Ein, Afrin …….. etc.
Because what you do in these Syrian regions contradicts all the values produced by human civilizations, including religious values and ideals rejecting social injustice and up to the crime of genocide, which is the crime of crimes because it is one of the most serious and grave international crimes and denial of the right of entire groups to exist. A denial of its innate existence in these areas occupied by Turkey and a denial of its cultural diversity. We, as lawyers, consider it a cultural genocide. It aims to:
1_ Striking the emerging democratic experience on its borders, in fear of the transmission of this democratic climate and peaceful coexistence between these components.
2- The displacement of the indigenous people from these areas and the housing of other citizens who owe Turkey loyalty and intellectual and political subordination, and this constitutes a threat to the territorial integrity and integrity of the whole Syrian society. In Syria, according to the demographic distribution that God invaded, it is indivisible, and we, the attorney of Raqqa, reject all forms of displacement and change, regardless of the status of the perpetrator and whatever the victim’s status, whether they are Arabs like (Idlib) or Kurds like (Afrin and others) or Armenians and any democratic solution must It includes all the Syrian lands, and not the opinion of small extremist groups that Turkey depends on as the Syrian people, and therefore decided to leave or not, as Turkish President Erdogan stated.
3_ Plundering the economic wealth of the areas it occupies and transferring it through its Turkish terrorist groups (as it is doing now where it is looting stacks of wheat from Tel Abyad to Turkey) and its aim is to deprive the people of these occupied areas of the reasons for living in dignity and pushing them to emigrate and housing other people instead of them and this is what happens now In Tel Abyad and Ras Al-Ein and previously happened in Afrin.
4_ Arbitrary detentions by terrorist groups, under the direct supervision of the occupying Turkish army, for each person of free opinion who tried to stabilize the land and did not leave it, as is now the case in Tel Abyad and Ras al-Ein (Detained Sheikh Ismail Al-Badrani). All these actions by the Turkish occupier prove their lack of respect (legitimacy). International Human Rights)
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights issued on December 10, 1948, where the article states:
M / 9 / No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest or detention or exile
_Article / 17 / Paragraph / 2 / No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property
We, as lawyers, call on all signatories to this declaration to activate the mechanisms for the international protection of human rights. This is the duty of states and international NGOs to protect human rights (Amnesty International). Therefore, we demand the protection of all residents of these occupied areas by Turkey and provide the lowest reasons for living and dignity and stopping the displacement. Forcible arrests.
